QStrat currently has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at our Toronto office. You will be responsible for attaining a monthly sales quota made up from different software and services solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Extensive use of outbound calling and email, to prospect, generate, qualify and advance sales leads

Perform ongoing research of target industries, competitive offerings and industry associations

Plan, conduct and follow-up on targeted marketing campaigns - compiling target company lists, contact information, and sales & marketing material

Organize seminars, exhibits and tradeshows, and promote participation through sales team initiatives

Provide sales support to the sales team, preparing introduction and follow-up letters, sending company information, coordinating meetings and product demos, and preparing proposals

Skills Required:

2-3 years of related work experience, University degree or College diploma

Previous sales experience and an intimate understanding of inside sales and/or telemarketing practices

Experience in the Automotive manufacturing environment and/or knowledge of manufacturing principles would be an asset

Strong attention to detail, well organized, strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, sense of urgency

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Motivated self starter, conscientious, able to work well alone with minimal supervision and direction

Sales oriented with an aptitude for technology

Excellent communication and listening skills, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
